Retriever/Spaniel mix. Short hair. Florida. Girlfriend and daughter allergic. What is the best allergy shampoo for dogs? Ive heard "All erase"? Anyone heard of that/web site? What other options?
Dog allergy shampoo?
Brush dog outside every day to reduce hair and dander. Bathe the dog frequently to reduce dander in the coat - I don't think the shampoo matters so much as the physical action of washing the coat. No dog on beds or furniture. Vacuum daily with a vacuum with a HEPA filter. Get rid of carpets and as much upholstered furniture as you can and switch to solid floors. Have girlfriend and daughter see an allergist and take antihistamines or consider allergy shots. Crate train the dog have it not sleep in your bedrooms.

Never heard of this one. I would think any allergy shampoo would work, but understand the allergic reations from your girlfriend and daughter is not going to stop with a shampoo.
I suggest they see a doctor to take allergy shots.
I think your dog sounds like a cute one, but poodles are the best for allergic people.
