i have 5 cats and 2 dogs and i do as much as possible to avoid getting hair on my clothes yet everytime i try to wear somthing dark i get completely covered in hair any suggestions?

Same problem. I have three long hair cats. When I get dressed, all animals out of the room. I pull my blanket down and spread the sheet out, and use that "clean" area to get dressed. I wear dark clothing too, and that seems to be the best solution. You can lint roll and tape all you want, but short of getting rid of everyone, this seems to work best.
